We believe that food sustainability is an essential part of the cooking process, so we always;
Use free-range, organic or traditionally reared produce from sustainable farming methods
ONLY use sustainable fish and seafood
Aim to use British produce to avoid food miles
Consider the re-use and recycling of everything we use, and where thats not possible, recycle
Never use GM food or intensively farmed
