We're Sabel. We work with festivals to deliver headline chefs' food to the masses; with brides and grooms to create the most important meal of their lives; and with companies to bring quality to their events.

Sabel was founded in 2015, by husband and wife team Toby Williams and Lianna Jewell after they realised their shared experience in cooking and in event management could be put to great use.

Toby background in restaurants and more recently, managing the menus and kitchen for a large catering company, puts him in the perfect position to produce quality food to scale. Lianna's CV of corporate events allows her to support the production.
