We are a family-run event company, serving exceptional modern menus, focusing on flavour, technique and a love of food and drink.

Established in East London in 2015; for ten years, couple Toby and Lianna have been catering events for some of the most loved brands and individuals including Ottolenghi, Belazu, and Philips Auction House, and have worked alongside some of the most exciting chefs and restaurants, including Angela Hartnett, Tom Aitkens and Morchella.

Our Sustainability

We believe that food sustainability is an essential part of the cooking process, so we

  • Use free-range, organic or traditionally reared produce from sustainable farming methods

  • ONLY use sustainable fish and seafood

  • Aim to use British produce to avoid food miles

  • Consider the re-use and recycling of everything we use, and where thats not possible, recycle

  • Never use GM food or intensively farmed

  • Always make every effort to utilise all of each

    ingredient

  • Preserve any excess using fermentation, pickling, freezing, and salting.

  • Never use single-use plastics and only compostable disposable packaging

  • Ensure there is no wastage, and every part of the animal or vegetable is used
